SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and should be read alongside them.

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing a physical product from us. This policy applies to physical products only. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO WE OFFER?

Our physical products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party fulfillment provider. Available shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates depend on the product, delivery address, package size and weight, and carrier availability.

Shipping Methods and Fees

Estimated delivery times include production and fulfillment before the order ships. These estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer because of product availability, order holds, address issues, weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

The shipping methods available for your order and the final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout. Express Shipping may not be available for every product or address and may require a valid phone number. The shipping carrier is selected automatically based on the chosen shipping method and destination.

Products in the same order may be fulfilled or shipped separately. When an order is divided into multiple shipments, packages may arrive on different dates.

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. We currently ship physical products only to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

• Shipping is available only when the product, delivery address, fulfillment provider, and carrier are eligible.
• Certain products may not be deliverable to PO boxes, military addresses, or other restricted addresses. A physical street address may be required.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
• Available shipping methods and restrictions will be shown at checkout whenever possible.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order after the order ships. Tracking activity may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.
